The Role 

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be working within a small team that caters to a variety of clients in both the private and public health sectors.

Involving local travel, you will be responsible for the completion of single service assessments and the production of high quality, detailed and evidence based written reports. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to maintain an active caseload dependant on the business needs and availability.

  • In line with competency, assessments may include → Functional Capacity Assessments | Assistive Technology Assessments | SIL/SDA Assessments | Basic/Complex Home Modification Assessment.
  • Liaise with injured workers, health professionals, employers, insurance agents, legal providers and WHS as required.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, resulting in positive outcomes and maximising business opportunities.
  • Work in a collaborative and multi-disciplinary environment to achieve excellent health outcomes for illness and injury.

* Full training will be provided to the successful candidate 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience  

  • AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Osteopath or ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist
  • Valid Australian Drivers License
  • Excellent Communication Skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong aptitude for time management and report writing
  • Ability to work autonomously

Osteopath Qualifications

  • Graduated Tertiary Osteopathy at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology from 2018 onward.
  • Victoria University from 2016 onward
  • Southern Cross University from 2016 onward
