Repco Butler are looking to welcome a Full Time Retail Assistant to join their fantastic team!

Our Retail Assistants/Customer Sales & Service:

• Are committed to providing genuine service, where they create lasting impressions and moments that matter for our customers
• Build effective customer relationships, and are the helpful person to talk to
• Are team players, and work collaboratively to ensure the success of the store
• Have a safety mindset and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment

The successful individual will:

• Be passionate about customer service, and have a genuine interest in automotive
• Demonstrate friendly, helpful and confident interpersonal skills
• Have a positive mindset and often take initiative
• Be available to work on a Tuesday to Saturday roster, with overtime available
• Hold a valid driver’s licence (essential)
